When will I receive my funds?

Once the transaction is completed and cleared, settlement is made within 24 hours as stated within our consignment terms.

How are payments handled?

All payments are handled securely. Funds are released to you only after full payment has cleared from the buyer, ensuring protection for all parties.

Timescales vary depending on the watch, price point, and market demand. Some pieces are placed quickly via private introductions, while others may take longer to achieve the right result. We focus on placing the watch correctly, not rushing the sale.

Do I need to hand over the watch immediately?

Not always. Depending on the strategy agreed, your watch may: Remain with you until a buyer is secured, or Be held securely by OCW or a trusted partner for viewing and photography This will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
