The process — simple, transparent, bespoke
1. Initial consultation
A confidential conversation to understand objectives, budget, desired quantities, timeline and any brand or technical constraints.
2. Specification brief & concept
We translate your brief into a clear specification: case size/material, movement, dial treatments, straps/bracelets, special engraving, packaging and distribution requirements.
3. Partner selection & negotiation
Using our network of reputable corporate & independent manufacture partners, we identify the best match for your project — then negotiate commercial terms, lead times and tooling.
4. Design concepts & renders
We present initial sketches and photorealistic renders for review. Revisions are included until the design meets your expectations.
5. Prototype & approval
in certain situations a prototype or pre-series sample is produced and inspected. We manage quality checks and any final refinements.
6. Production & delivery
Full production run managed by OCW, including on-site QA, serialisation, custom packaging and logistics to your chosen distribution points.
7. Sales & fulfilment (optional)
If required, Off-Catalogue Watches can handle the commercial roll-out: pre-sales, allocation management, e-commerce and fulfilment to collectors or guests.
